The Ist few chapters of Genesis are an introduction, and a preview, of the way God works. The plan of salvation is laid out in these chapters and also how God walks and talks with men.
The Book of The Revelation is about The Revelation of Jesus and that revelation starts in Genesis 1:1. For God reveals Himself in His creation. It is NOT a book about the future, but it is about The Revelation OF Jesus, NOT only FROM Jesus.
It is a summary of the whole revelation of The Lord Jesus, or a summary of His works in all of time.
