The real 300 who were heroes

Much of the world makes heroes of the 300 Spartans who held off the Persians at Thermopylae and all died in doing so. But they ignore the 300 men that Gideon led and defeated the army of Midian of 135,000 and lived. The Spartans were homosexuals that had wives and worships false gods that did not exist. Gideon worshipped the Lord who was the creator of everything that exists.
