If God created humans why are they so fragile?

God created humans in a way that their life is fragile if they disobey the commands of God. Also their life is fragile if another person causes them harm.
The natural is a sign of the spiritual. Natural life is easy to lose just as eternal life is easy to lose.
However natural life is not hard to keep if we give our life to God and let Him protect us. Just as our eternal life is secure if we give our life to Jesus and let Him keep us in His hand.
