  • Death brings forth Life

When I was on my walk & run this morning, The Lord started speaking to me.

I was thinking about life and death, and the fact that I have wrote that there has been death ever since the creation.

Since most of the church teaches that there was no death until Adam sinned, I always am concerned that I might be wrong. I was thinking about the teachings about death from other Christian leaders and also from atheists about death.

Out of the blue, The Lord said, "Son, when Adam sinned, do you think I was caught by surprise, that I had to change my whole plan. Do you think I had to change my laws or the way the universe works. Do you think I had to change.

I said, Of course not Lord. You never change. You never are caught by surprise. You are eternal and your laws are eternal Lord.

I thought about this for the rest of my run:

The Lord did not go to plan B after Adam sinned. For before Jesus created the world, he decided to die for us:

    Ephesians 1
4 Long ago, even before he made the world, God chose us to be his very own through what Christ would do for us; he decided then to make us holy in his eyes, without a single fault—we who stand before him covered with his love.5 His unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own family by sending Jesus Christ to die for us. And he did this because he wanted to!

No move of God is inspired by any man. God inspires men to move. Every move of God is started by God Himself.

I have posted this scripture many times:

    1 Peter 1
19 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.20Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things.21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

No prophet decides to pray for healing, and then God heals that person he prays for. When we decide ourselves to pray for healing, nothing with happen. Healing only takes place when we are walking in the spirit and following The Holy Spirit of The Lord Jesus. Whenever Jesus tells us to pray for someone to be healed, they will be healed; if we pray like Jesus tells to pray. God inspires a man to pray for the healing of a person and then God heals that person.

If a man speaks for a mountain to move, nothing will happen. Men can not move mountains with mere words. BUT if God tells you to speak to a mountain, and He will move it; and you do speak to it, it will certainly move.

Life comes out of death. Jesus had to die, for us to have eternal life.

Unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it will not produce 30 or 100 fold of life.

    John 12
23 Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.25 Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

Seeds have to fall to the ground to bring forth life. Jesus is speaking of Himself being the seed that must fall to the ground and die for us all to have life.

That is an eternal law of God. The earth did not come to be covered with the life of plants without many seeds falling to the ground and dying to bring forth life.

The natural is a sign of the spiritual.

These seeds falling to the ground to bring forth life for us to eat plants, is a sign to all men that Jesus had to be born of a woman and shed His blood on the cross for us to have eternal life. ( or real life)

Every man has to die to himself so that The Holy Spirit of The Lord Jesus can come into his spirit to have life.

.25 Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

No man can have eternal life without, first, dying to himself.

We can not have eternal life unless The Lord Jesus first died for us.

    Life comes forth from death.

This realization enlarges my appreciation of the Bible and God's wisdom. God is making a loud statement with this.

When I mention this, it seems it is hard for most people to see that life comes from death. Or it is received as some mundane metaphysical statement about a natural pattern. It doesn't seem to impress them.

A lack of astonishment and delight puzzles me.

Unbelievers, whose chief argument is evidence in the rocks, compare the proclamation of those rocks with the proclamation of believers who say there was no death in Gen 1-2 and walk away justified. What this demonstrates to me is then, as a result, we have two errors to straighten out and both parties are closed to reason. I am starting to see this continually.

Solomon was the wisest mere man who ever lived:

      He wrote:

1 The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem:
2"Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. "Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless."
3 What does man gain from all his labor at which he toils under the sun?
4 Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever.
5 The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises.
6 The wind blows to the south and turns to the north; round and round it goes, ever returning on its course.
7 All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again.
8 All things are wearisome, more than one can say. The eye never has enough of seeing, nor the ear its fill of hearing.
9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
10 Is there anything of which one can say, "Look! This is something new"? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time.
11 There is no remembrance of men of old,and even those who are yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow.

So many do not value the words in this book. But God seen fit to preserve them.

Everything of God has always been and has no beginning and will have no end.

We either believe God or we believe the doctrines of mere men.

      Rev 13
8 All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast--all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to
the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world.

Is this really true. Does God really know what he is talking about. Or is he confused or unable to speak clearly.

We are the problem, not God. We do not understand because of our sinful ways. We all are so quick to call God a liar instead of confessing we are wrong.

The death of the Lamb, who is Jesus, was from the creation of the world. So how could there be no death before Adam sinned. Certainly the death of Jesus is the most important thing that ever taken place in this universe for us.

God coming down from heaven and being born of a woman and becoming a man to shed his blood for us is the highest glory of God.

We are told this in Philippians 2:

1 If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion,
2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.
3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.
4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross!
      9
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

      Whenever there is a
"therefore", stop to think what it is THERE FOR.

God exalted the Name of Jesus above every other name of God because God revealed His highest glory by the cross.

      Psalm 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.
3 There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.
4 Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

God's glory is eternal. It has no beginning and will never end. The death of Jesus on the cross is God's highest glory. The heavens and the earth have declared this highest glory of God since the beginning ( and also before). Because God's glory has no beginning and will never end.

Stars were born and stars had to die for our star to be born to bring forth life for us.

Plants had to come forth from the earth and seeds had to fall to the earth and die to bring forth more plants for us to have life.

Of course there are two kinds of life. Natural life which is not eternal and spiritual life which is real life.

The natural comes then the spiritual. There has been natural death from the beginning. But there was no spiritual death before Adam sinned.

This is one of the great errors of the church and many other false teachings are built upon it.

Here is another article about death that should help anyone better understand what God means by death in The Bible.
