What was Jude referring to when he wrote, "building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost" (Jude 20)?

Jude 1
20 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.
Jude is encouraging the Christians to build themselves up in faith by praying in the Spirit. When a person confesses their sin and then gives their life to Jesus and makes Him their King instead of sitting on the throne of their own life, God sends His Holy Spirit to live in their spirit. They can then ask The Holy Spirit to pray through them which sometimes will be praying in tongues, that is a heavenly language. The Holy Spirit will pray in some with a prayer language. The main point is that they are not doing the praying, but it is The Holy Spirit who is praying through them.
