What are your thoughts about the Bible verse Psalm 37:4 ?

Ps 37 NIV
“4 Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. “
If you take delight in the Lord, and you seek to know Him, you will find what you seek. This is a promise from God. If you take delight in the Lord, then He is your delight. If The Lord is your delight, He is the desire of your heart. If you seek the Lord and your desire is Him, He will give you the desires of your heart, which is Him.
This promise from God is not a free ticket to get what ever you want. If you want the desires of your flesh, the Lord does not promise to give you those desires.
But, again, if you take delight in the Lord, that means He is your delight and so He will be your desire. Then The Lord will give you the desires of your heart, which is Him.
