How should I interpret Revelation chapter 3 verse 13?

. 13 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Well we all have ears on our body, so He is not talking about our natural ears.
He is talking about those who have spiritual ears. Those who have be born again of the spirit, and The Holy Spirit lives in them, are guided by His Holy Spirit. Those that have practiced following His Holy Spirit for years are able to tell the voice of the Holy Spirit from Satan, or their own desires, or their own beliefs. They are able to hear what The Spirit says to the churches. Many claim to have spiritual ears but do not.
