When the water breaks of a woman with child, the child is born. This is the first birth and is a natural birth. When a person seeks The Lord Jesus and then confesses they are sinful and asks forgiveness for their sin and gives their life to The Lord Jesus; the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus enters their spirit and they are reborn, this time a spiritual birth. They are born again.
