  • If Satan had not been created would man still have sinned

If Satan had not been created, man would still have sinned. Man did not sin because Satan existed, but because he was given one law to obey. Why did Eve eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, instead of the tree of life ? Simply because she was told not to eat from it. 1 Cor 15: 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

Jesus says unless a seed fall to the ground and die it can not bring forth life. John 12:24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Ps 19 states that all of creation reveals the glory of God. The greatest glory of God was the fact that He came down from heaven to become one of us so He could shed His blood for our sin. So there has always been natural death since the creation. For His death reveals the greatest glory of God. ( Philippians 2 tells us this) It had to take place for life to come forth as Jesus said. The words of Jesus are eternal and have always been true and always will be true.

When man seen that natural death was part of life here on the earth he hung onto his life instead of trusting God to save him. Jesus said, hang onto your life and you will lose it, give up your life and you will gain it. This simply means hang onto your natural life and you will lose your eternal life. Give up your natural life and you will gain your eternal life.

The Holy Spirit tells us the cause of sin. 1 Cor 15: 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. - The sting of natural death is sin. Because we know our natural life is temporary, we hang onto our life instead of giving it to Jesus.
