Is it sinning against the Holy Spirit when one does not believe in His personality as the third person in the Godhead?

Person refers to personality. Every person has a different personality. God is not three persons. God never once uses the word three to refer to Himself. God always says He is One.
1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,
Galatians 3:20
A mediator, however, implies more than one party; but God is one.
When asked the most important command of God Jesus said:
Mark 12
28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one
Jesus could have said “three in one”. Yes there is the Father, the Son, and The Holy Spirit, buy He is not three but one.
I am a son, a bother, a husband, and a father; but I am not four persons, but one person who fulfilled four missions in my life.
Isaiah 9:6 GNV
For unto us a child is born, and unto us a Son is given: and the government is upon his shoulder, and he shall call his name, Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The prince of peace.
The child Jesus is the Father and always will be The Father.
Isaiah 43
10 “You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,
“and my servant whom I have chosen,
so that you may know and believe me
and understand that I am he.
Before me no god was formed,
nor will there be one after me.
11 I, even I, am the Lord,
and apart from me there is no savior.
God Almighty came down from heaven and was born of a woman to become one of us, or a man, to shed His blood for our sin. God has an indestructible life and can not die. He had to become a man to be able to die for us.
As to His Manhood He became a little lower than the angels and was fully man. His Manhood was the Only begotten Son of God.
As to His Godhood He was fully God Almighty, our Creator, or our Father.
Jesus is the Word, or He expressed to the world the nature of God.
Jesus is the Highest Name of God because He expressed the highest nature of God:
Philippians 2
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
But to answer your question about blasphemy of The Holy Spirit:
We have to consider that every passage of the Bible is true:
1 John 1
5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[b] sin.
8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
ANY sin that we confess as sin will be forgiven. That is the promise from God. If we can confess it as sin, it will be forgiven. If this was not true the Devil would tell everyone they have committed blasphemy of The Holy Spirit and can not be forgiven. I have had many people come to my door in tears over the years thinking they committed this sin.
Blasphemy of The Holy Spirit is when a person thinks there is no possibility that they could be wrong, and so can not confess it as sin and therefore can not be forgiven; for they must confess it as sin to be forgiven.
Matthew 12
24 But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons.”
25 Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. 26 If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand? 27 And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your people drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. 28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
29 “Or again, how can anyone enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can plunder his house.
30 “Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. 31 And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
The pharisees were so sure of themselves that God stood before them and preformed miracles and yet they called Him Satan. They claimed to worship Him, for He was God. But He did not fit their ideas about God and therefore in their minds could not be God, even though He was.
Nothing more could be done for them. If they had bothered to simply ask God about the whole issue He would have revealed the truth to them. But they were so sure they were right, they did not need to ask in their minds.
ANY sin that you can confess as sin will be forgiven, any sin.
