Up early this morning

How wonderful to have some quiet time. It is hard to believe that a couple of weeks ago, I was shivering through an ice storm. Now, my world is green. Dan and I have been cutting up fallen trees I and branches and hauling brush to the landfill. The weather is beautiful. My grass is green and will have to be mowed in a week or so. Blooms are beginning to open on the peach trees.

Our yearly pair of geese have returned to prepare a nest. They are funny. They walk up to our barn, intimidate the guinea, and demand food.

Dan's Mom is gaining her strength back. She even asked to be taken to have a pedicure and a manicure.

God is good. He is there through all our trials. We can't always see Him....we forget sometimes He holds us in our pain. But, when we wake up to a beautiful day, we remember. May God walk with all of you today and sooth your pain.

It was 10 degrees here just a few nights ago, but finally it was 56 degrees yesterday.

It has been raining here. It's Oregon. We had some very nice sun drenched days. The plants are blossoming and beautiful, and my allergies make me feel more sleepy than I really am. God is good.

Well the snow was gone, I hoped for good. But today it started snowing again and the ground in now covered.
