Why do our soldiers come back home with emotional problems

Here is a very interesting video that may be the answer to why our soldiers are coming back home with so many emotional problems. Some even can not control those emotions to the point that they lose control and start shooting people they use in place as an enemy.

True Barry, are public schools are being run by the NEA and their manifesto is simply the humanist manifesto. The very first items states the lie that, "there is no God".

But I sent my son to a "Christian" school and in a lot of ways it was worse. A lot of the students became really good friends, but some of the teachers were simply terrible beyond imagination. I will post more on this later.

There is no security other than to home school your children and then do without the fellowship children need in order to matriculate in society normally. It is sad that the family is being targeted and the social infrastructure of our nation was destroyed long ago. Most people do not know their neighbors and many do not even know their names. I have a Jewish lady and her mother that I preach to in my building. Also in the building next to us, there was a black woman and her "husband" that I preached to ( she always called me "preacher man" and never by my name). Her apartment was fixed up looking better than any other apartment in the complex. But they evicted everyone in the building and brought in all new tenants ????

Yesterday, I learned the Jewish ladies were moving out after living here for over 12 years. I have hope that they will remember what they have been told about The Lord Jesus. Maybe this is the way The Lord is spreading His gospel. For they may tell someone new where they are moving to.

As far as the "Christian" school my son attended: some of the teachers were really nice and also some of the employees. But his physics teacher knew less about Physics that my son did. She was always giving him a less grade for stating the truth. He would come to me and ask me about it, to make sure he was correct, and he was. She knew nothing about Physics, only thought she did.

She even went to the principal and set up a meeting with me and both of them to encourage me to stop spending so much time with my son and leave him live full time with his mother. His mother was into following Eastern Religion Gurus at the time. I asked them both how this was encouraging anyone to follow the ten commandments that said "honor your father" and left.

His English teacher was even worse. When he found out that my son believed the six days of creation where not earth days, he treated him with much prejudice and cruelty. My son has an IQ of 160 and never got a bad grade in 10 years of his schooling. He brought home a paper with an F and was crushed. It was about the "Tale of Two Cities". I read the whole book that weekend and I could not see where my son missed even one question on the paper. I took the paper to the Principal and he told me that he had to back his teacher up without even looking into it. So I could see no difference between this "Christian" Principal and the public school.

So I went to the English teacher and tried to reason with him. He called me a man with no faith, right in front of my son. So I challenged him to debate the creation right in front of his class and he accepted. He did give me two total class periods to present my case that the creation days were long days. ( this was 14 years ago so I could present a much stronger case today). When I was done he did not want to present any counter argument.

The result of my son attending this "Christian" school is bad and good. Many of the students became very good friends of his. But he also became angry inside and changed in what I fail to see as a good thing. We have not been as close ever since he attended that school. I will leave it to The Lord to judge between me and the English teacher.

My grandchildren are now attending this same school and that same English teacher was at my grandsons graduation party that was held at my daughters house. He was very rude to me and treated me with great disrespect right in my own daughters house. Up to this time I was being invited to her house often and spending time with my grandchildren. Now suddenly my daughter has not spoken to me and I have had no contact with my grandchildren for many months. I certainly suspect that this English teacher has convinced all of them that I am heretic that they should not have contact with.

And all of this over my belief that the six days of creation are long days, not 24 hour days. I can not find one place where Jesus, or even Paul told us to shun people that do not believe the days of creation are not 24 hours days. These people act as though the six days of creation being 24 hour days are the foundation of the Christian faith.

But God called Abraham the "father of our faith" and not even one word is written of him knowing about the six days of creation. Also Jesus certainly did not focus on the six days of creation.

But the very first commandment ( in the ten) that has to do with how to treat other men is this:

Exodus 20

¹² “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.

¹³ “You shall not murder.

¹⁴ “You shall not commit adultery.

¹⁵ “You shall not steal.

¹⁶ “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

¹⁷ “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

NOTICE that honor your father and mother comes BEFORE you shall not murder.

If one does not honor their earthly father and mother that they can see ( and was the source of their natural life), they can not honor their heavenly Father who they can not see and is the source of the natural and spiritual life.

If they can not forgive their natural parents of their sins, how will they see and confess their own sin in total before the God that forgives all sin.

Can anyone enter heaven with EVEN ONE SIN THAT THEY DID NOT CONFESS TO GOD ?

Think about this. Now someone may argue that no one can be aware of everyone of their sins, let alone confess everyone of them to God.

There is only one way that anyone can confess every single sin to God.

THAT IS TO CONFESS THAT EVERYTHING THEY HAVE EVER THOUGHT, SAID OR DONE WAS SIN.

This is what John is trying to tell us in his letter of 1 John.

⁵ This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. ⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

⁸ If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. ¹⁰ If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

John, who starts by telling us that he seen Jesus with his eyes and heard Jesus with his ears, and touched Him with his hands; goes on to tell us: This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you.

John is saying the follow words are the GOSPEL IN A NUTSHELL:

God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. ⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

⁸ If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. ¹⁰ If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

We have to walk in the light as Jesus is in the light. How can we do that ? For God tells us we are all lairs.
There is one and only one way for a liar to tell the truth as Jesus tells the truth.

That is for a liar to admit that he is a total lair. Now that liar has just told the total truth. He has stepped into the light, where Jesus dwells and Jesus will never leave that light for anyone.

BUT - ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

That is certainly GOOD NEWS. But by sins, that means all of our sins.

¹⁰ If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

This does not say if we claim we have NEVER sinned. It is NOT PAST TENSE. It is present ongoing tense in the Greek. That means if we ever say we are without sin in any instance of time today or in the future, we are calling God a liar. ( look up this passage in the Wuest NT)

We all are in a body of flesh, and that flesh in sinful and beyond salvation. That flesh is continually in sin. There is not one second that any man can claim he is not in sin if he is in a body of flesh. That flesh is always trying to hang onto natural life. Jesus said if we hang onto our life we will lose our life. Jesus also said if we give up our life we will gain our life.

What Jesus meant was this:

If we walk in the flesh and allow our flesh to rule, we will lose our spiritual life, or eternal life.

If we give our life to Jesus and ask him to rule; then He dwells in our spirit and if we then follow that Spirit we will gain eternal Life.

This is THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, not was the universe created in six short days or six long days.

To shun anyone over such a thing is sin itself.

BUT if anyone is walking in this sin they can be forgiven by confessing that sin and every other sin they have committed by doing what John tells us to do.

There is no sin that can not be forgiven IF we can confess it.

There is no sin that will be forgive if we do not confess it.

I'm sorry Lou for you and for your grandchildren. They do not get to hear the truth from their grandfather as Satan has arranged it through his servant this man the english teacher. It is a shame that your daughter is not walking in the light as she has proven it time and again by her mistreatment of her one and only earthly father that is now over 70 and may not be around for her when she finally decides to pursue him. How foolish to squander the time we have here by shunning the truth due to pride. It is like the rest of the people around us. Stopped up ears and covered eyes. Unwilling to receive the truth and be delivered.
She saw how good you are with the boys and that they learned and flourished under your tutelage. The son in law sees it and has respect for his father in law. But apparently he lets his wife run the house and make the decisions as he is well aware of the benefits his son receive with having their grandfather in their lives. The will be great remorse and shame one day for the way you have been treated by the family. I ache in my heart for your brother. I will be keeping you in prayer.
