The people's Common Law (often thought of as the state or county, but whose power is really in the people assembled) is a jurisdiction that is foreign to the federal government. If we had a law-abiding federal government it would govern ONLY its own affairs, and those few extremely restricted powers granted to it in the original Constitution: and keep its nose out of the people's affairs. This can be corrected, but only by returning to self governance and refusing those "extra" services offered by the federal corporation at every turn.

We might be able to see that bureaucracy is effectively acting as a fourth branch, but it is very dangerous to give it that appellation. I agree wholeheartedly with the observation that bureaucracy is such a serious problem, and needs desperately to be curtailed. It has too much unfettered power and conflict of interest. It does not take its direction from the people, nor even in many cases from its own supposed government. Those areas of government which are most errant, even criminal, are those that operate without independent oversight--especially military R&D, intelligence, covert operations, international affairs, and the Executive Branch, which protect their secrecy with maximum force.

BUT it is not up to any mere man if and when the US falls. It is up to The Lord Jesus. If we pray for our leaders to do the will of The Lord, He may save our nation and us.
Amen. I know that the Lord is Who is in charge.

These government workers are NOT elected by the people. Plus they are protected by civil service laws and almost impossible to get rid of.

BUT they make rules about our laws that affect the people sometimes more that the laws themselves.

We can not afford to repair our infrastructure like highways, bridges, and dams because the payroll for these people keeps growing.

We can not afford to keep our military up to date and maintained because of the huge cost of these workers.

Hillary was going to grow this monster even larger. Trump wants to cut it down to size. That really needs to be done.

What are your thoughts about this ?

I do not think labor unions should have ever been allowed for any government job.

As a result of the NEA ( National Education Association), we have liberal teachers running the schools instead of parents who are voters.

We`also have police and fireman unions who have held the safety of the voters hostage and demanded pay and pensions that have bankrupted many communities.

Instead of these employees serving the people, the people now serve them.

KRAUTHAMMER EXPLAINS THE 4TH MOST POWERFUL ‘BRANCH’ OF GOV’T; AND IT’S SOMETHING VOTERS MUST SEE!

    FEBRUARY 19, 2017

    By: Joe Scudder

Charles Krauthammer explains how big government fights for its own interests against democratic elections.

The most important civics lesson that Americans need to learn is how Big Government fights for what it wants against the will and lawful orders of elected leaders. This video contains some Trump criticisms that I find unconvincing, but it is extremely valuable:

VIDEOUnemployment and trust top French voter concerns

    Fox Insider summarized:
Opposition to President Trump from entrenched bureaucracies throughout numerous federal agencies is one of the “main conservative arguments against big government,” according to Charles Krauthammer.

Such bureaucracies, composed of civil service employees rather than government appointees that change with each new president, are alleged to be the source of critical leaks like the ones that led to the departure of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Big government “develops its own interests” and big government fights for those interests.

Remember, both Virginia and Maryland went for Hillary Clinton. They did so mainly in the counties near Washington, DC, which are filled with residents who feed off taxpayers and who see their economic future depends on the expansion of federal power—in addition to enjoying exercising that power over other Americans. When Krauthammer says that Big Government fights for its own interests, he refers to the thousands of federal workers.

And they don’t just vote and lobby and sponsor politicians who cater to their interests. They also obstruct, resist, and actively sabotage and undermine any elected leader who is voted into power by Americans who live in flyover country. We saw this in the case of Michael Flynn. They can remove cabinet members and probably do worse.
