  • The NAZIS army used crystal meth

This may explain why the German Army was so cruel and did so many violent and criminal acts. It also may explain how the so called benefits of the drug eventually caused the NAZIS to pay a price in the last part of the war. While someone can go without sleep by taking a drug, they will eventually crash from going without sleep. The body will pay the price sooner of later. How crystal meth helped the Nazis conquer large parts of Europe

During WW2 German soldiers were taking a "medicine" called Pervitin, this stimulant contained pure methamphetamine, which we know today as crystal meth.

"The Wehrmacht found out that Pervitin reduces fear, it reduces your need to sleep, and it makes you more aggressive. So these three reasons seemed perfect for the German army in 1940:" Norman Ohler, author of "Blitzed: Drugs in the Third Reich" told Business Insider.

"Drugs came into play for example for the army in the war as a sort of pharmacological weapon, just as they used real weapons to fight.

"Churchill said to his French colleague Daladier, when the Germans attacked, he should not worry so much about the speed of the German army because after 12 hours they would have to rest. But the German army, being high on methamphetamine, didn’t have to rest.

"Churchill didn’t know about this so the first three days and three nights the Germans made huge advances by just not stopping and surprising the Western Allies this way."

The German company Bayer Pharmaceutical developed and manufactured this drug and benefited from experimentation on humans in the death camps. Remember this the neat time you buy aspirin.
Allied soldiers would search dead or captive German soldiers to use the drug for their own use.

Thanks for that info Glen. I do not use aspirin, ( or any other drug) but I will try to remember this if I ever do.

If one tries to imagine how many women and children were raped or killed because of this drug, they should be able to see that the ones responsible will be judged accordingly on judgement day.

I worked with a man that was using meth when I drove a moving van for a large national company. He would be dragging and not keeping up and he was aware that he looked bad. So he would go to the restroom and soon after would be running up and down steps the same as I was. But after a week of this he went into a berserk rage and started throwing boxes of china and furniture down over the cliff we were climbing all day ( it had 108 steps up this cliff). I was so embarrassed that I just got into the truck. It was his truck, but I got into the drivers seat. When he finally tried to get into the drivers seat, I had locked the door and said, I am driving. I said it in such a way that he did not argue. During the day I had humped strapped a upright freezer full of frozen food up the basement stairs and that was what convinced him to not argue.

I drove to my house and he started to gather his stuff to stay at my house overnight. I simply told him he was sleeping in the truck and to leave in the morning without me.

I called the company dispatcher the next morning and told him I needed to drive to Fort Wayne to pick up a company truck. He said, but you are not done with your training trip yet. I said, I am done with my training trip in a forceful way. He did not argue and told me to come in and pick up a truck. A short time later that same dispatcher told me that same driver went into another rage and destroyed a lot of customer articles and left the truck in the middle of a road. He had figured out by then what I was trying to tell him about the other driver.

The object of this story is this; you can get a temporary lift from drugs; but you will pay for that before long. That payment has interest added on, or the repayment is much larger than the original benefit. This also proved true with the NAZI army. It is but one of the reasons they lost.

Wars are won and lost due to many factors.
Often the soldier with the high moral ground wins by the power of his own conviction.
On the other hand, evil wins by its brutality, intimidation, and arrogance.
What is alarming, these two soldiers are not always on opposite sides.
Sometimes, they are in the same squad.
The Assyrians dragged the captive Israelites by hooks on the end of cords which had been sanked through their lips.
The wise never forgets the wrath of the LORD nor the deliverance by the LORD.
One is horrible destruction while the other is an impossible victory.
The Bible and history are full of such tales.
