Arrogance is a really bad thing. The people of this nation and of Europe are so arrogant that they think themselves immune to diseases like this. They consider that diseases like this only effect cultures like Africa.

They forget that if you have the same practices of Africa, you will get the same diseases. I do not see how the US and Europe will avoid this disease.

I was in an urgent care clinic the other day. A man working on a roadcrew walked in the door with his hand over his forearm and blood all over his forearm (albeit somewhat dried and not obviously dripping).

It was obvious it was a bad gash and that it bled all down his arm, and surely onto his hand (which was likely just patted and wiped clean with whatever was handy on the job site).

He walked into the clinic opening the front door with the hand of the injured arm. He then opened the door to the interior of the clinic to get sutured with the same hand.

Not a single person said anything or did anything in this full lobby. I had to ask the receptionist to get someone to spray down the handles of the doors, which they did.

All I can say to this is, "God have mercy on our nation."
