Obama Might Issue an Executive Order to Force Gun Control

    Article dated October 9, 2015

"With his back against the wall, President Barack Obama might be considering a controversial option to finally take action on gun control after yet another U.S. mass shooting. The Washington Post is reporting that the president could sidestep congress and use his power to issue an executive order that would mandate more and stricter background checks for gun buyers."

Thanks Tom. Our Constitution has a separation of powers. The Executive branch ENFORCES the law. The Us Congress makes the laws. Obama is acting like a dictator and thinks he can make laws that the representatives elected by the people know are against our US Constitution.

Obama is a lawless POTUS who refuses to enforce many laws at his choosing. He also thinks he can make laws when it is against the Constitution for him to make ANY LAW. Even more this law he wants to make is against the law.

If our POTUS ignores the SUPREME law of the land then we no longer have a Republic but a dictatorship.

If a POTUS can ignore the Constitution like this, then any other POTUS can also ignore it whenever they want.

We are passing from Republic to a dictatorship.

Many think the US is a democracy. IT IS NOT. It is a Republic. A democracy is where two wolves and one sheep vote what's for dinner.

In a Republic the sheep has the right to life, and no amount of votes can give the wolves the right to kill it.

This president can sign all the executive orders he wants to. But, according to law, such executive orders only affect agencies directly under the federal executive branch of government - and nothing else. In other words, he could order the F.B.I. to change the format of the NICS background checks for firearm purchases. However, if this president wants registration of all currently owned firearms in this country and does so without any probable cause or reasonable articulable suspicion of said firearms being illegal, then essentially that order becomes a violation of the 4th Amendment.

That is an astute point, Tom. If the states would stand up to it, this would be upheld. But instead of congress representing us at capital hill, congressmen are representing Obama in their home districts. This is not the way it should be.

Regrettably, John Kerry's signature is on the UN Small Arms Treaty. We did nothing to remove that traitor and revoke this traitorous action. Satan understands well that quiescence is consent. Now the feds are committed to disarmament of the population. If the feds can't succeed the eventual alternative is gun roundup by UN troops.

Whether the US people truly want to be disarmed is academic at the moment. The propaganda mill and social media are deftly manufacturing consent. Thus the US people are convinced their fellows want to be disarmed, and today John Q. Public is all about the herd mentality.

Our nation may be the most ignorant civilization that ever existed. Considering how we have free public education, free libraries, books are dirt cheap, access to computers is free, and to purchase one is cheap, BUT still so many are ignorant to history and how our government works. Yet these are the people voting to elect our leaders.
