        Thanks Barry and Steve.

I went to my workout this morning and the stretches seemed to help it. I used the smallest band for my shoulder. When I left it felt better.

But I stopped to take my Blood pressure and just in the time it took to take it (while sitting) it started to hurt.

Do you know how you injured your shoulder?

I noticed the pain when I got on my computer after I worked out at WR fit with the bands. I do not like the way this man runs the class near as well as Coach Hartzell did it. Hartzell did sets in short intense bursts or sets of maybe ten. Frank has us doing sets for 60 seconds which is long time to do a set. That workout we did a set of shoulder presses for 60 seconds. When doing sets like that with a small weight but many many reps it is easy to injure yourself because of the small weight you can do more reps than your muscle is able to tolerate.

But this was also right after I drove for 9 hours straight with only a 10 minute break, twice, and the last time was one day before the workout.

Also this is the some exact injury I have had several times now over the years. But the last time I had it was over 10 years ago.

If you want a good laugh, I feel sure it was caused by driving long distances with my arm around my girl friend or wife with my shoulder up over the seat back. Over a long period of time it got worse and worse.

So I think it is a combination of overuse during driving, then overuse during workout, aggravated an old injury.

I would have been fine with the driving without the super set shortly thereafter. I would have been OK with the super set without the driving. But one after the other did me in.

Life constantly reminds me of my stupidity. It took several days of prayer to figure this all out. And it was when you asked this question, that it all came together.

            Thanks Steve.

Well I know you usually concentrate more on cardio than strain workouts so I was surprised to see you injured. I am praying for you and hoping you feel better. I really need continued prayer for Robby. He is going in soon for his lung surgery and throat surgery. I feel so bad for this young man constantly plagued by ailments at such a youthful point in his life. I can only believe the Lord Jesus is showing special attention on this young man and seasoning him for Himself. Blessings ..... Steve
