Linda needs our prayers now more than ever

I do not know at this time what it is OK to make public, so I will just post this.

Lou, I am asking for special prayer. They said I tested positive for cancer in the bile duct, this time. I am not surprised, because I had read that if they find this type of cyst in someone over 50, their chances of cancer are great. It is usually detected when you are an infant. I am at peace and know I am in Christ's arms, but I pray it is contained to the bile duct. If not I pray for continued peace. Thank you for your friendship.

Thanks....I am asking for everyone to please ask for guidance as I have been diagnosed with cancer. Just asking that the Holy Spirit guide me to make the right decision. Special guidance on Thursday when I meet with an oncology surgeon. Thanking everyone in advance for their prayers.

For all my friends who have been praying for me.....

the tumor is in the neck of the pancreas. They will remove the lower lobe of my pancreas, part of my stomach and the bile duct. Then reroute everything. The surgeon says it is somewhat worse than heart surgery. eight days in the hospital, six to eight week recovery. I allowed myself two hours to feel sorry for myself. Now I am going to rejoice that God allowed them to find this before it spread into the pancreas
