Bare up with me, you saints of the Lord. With words we seek to approach the Lord God Creator of heaven and earth, Creator of the depths of space where billions of galaxies are clustered into tapestries of chains, Creator of the visible and the invisible, the Sustainer of all of His Creation, and the intimate Creator who takes notice of the falling of a single sparrow to earth. Again remember this dear saint, the Lord God Creator alone is holy and righteous. He alone is without sin and shame. He alone is due all glory. As we now join our spirits together to pray let us also join hands with another so that we may represent ourselves of being of one spirit and one with the body of Christ.

Lord God Almighty, Father to all the saints, You alone are holy. You alone are good. You alone have established everlasting mercy and grace. You alone among us shall be hallowed and the recipient of our praise and glory. Halleluiah!

Now, O’ Lord, cleanse us. Let the convicting power of the Holy Spirit fall upon us. May we examine the inner most secrets hidden in our hearts. Enlighten me to the evil spoken by my tongue; the gossip that passed between my teeth; the lie parsed upon my lips; the deceit for my own gain; the disdain or hate of my neighbor; the neglect of the needed and imprisoned; the lust that enters through my eye; the desires of this world for its riches and power; my jealousy of the blessed; the failure to make keeping your commandments the pleasure of my heart; and the absence of my heart’s desire to be in Your Presence. O’ Lord, as we pause to repent of the secrets hidden in the deepest depths of our dark hearts, send forth Your Holy Spirit to convict us of our sin. Let our tongues and hearts confess our sins to you, because our sins are an affront to Your holiness and to You alone.

Because You have show all men mercy and grace our sin has been atoned for by the Shed Blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ our Lord. Now, as we stand cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the Altar of Sacrifice, hand in hand with the body of Christ, we step forward to place our hands on the doors of the Holy Place and enter the throne room of the Most High. We are passing the Table of Showbread, the Seven Branched Candlestick, and the Altar of Incense. Before us is the torn veil opening the way to the Holy of Holies. We enter with Christ our Sacrifice before us, who offers our prayers mingled with His as a sweet aroma on the coals from the Altar of Incense. Prostrate before Your shechinah Glory we offer our prayers.

O’ Lord, on this earth, in this place sanctified to You, we are gathered to worship and praise all that the creature may understand of Creator. Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty. In this hour may you raise us up to be all that You have called the saints to be. May every tongue sing Your Praise with gladness. May every heart rejoice in his Salvation. May every thought be humbled in subjection to Your divine will. May everyone be grateful for Your abundant blessings. May every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead. May we go forth from this place sanctified unto a proclamation of the gospel that Salvation, even eternal life, is found in none other than Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour; so that, those called of the Lord may hear and believe into everlasting life.

Thank you, O’ Gracious Lord, knowing that you are not just hearing our prayers as imperfect creatures, but because we entered the Holy of Holies accompanied by the Perfect Sacrifice that takes away the sin of the whole world; and that our prayers rise as a sweet aroma of incense to you because our prayers are combined with the righteous prayers of Christ Jesus our Lord who is the Perfect Sacrifice. We go forth from Your throne room new creatures, born into eternal life, with renewed hearts full of joy, grace, and love; and a peace that passes all understanding. Praise you the Lord! Glory! Glory! Halleluiah! Amen!

The Lord gives us all the privilege of spending time with Him as we pray for one another. There is no better reward than being with Him. When we become interested in His own passions, we are taken into His presence. That is what Jesus tells us in the parable about the sheep and the goats:

        The Sheep and the Goats

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

The Lord is not talking in some double talk, but He is speaking the total and complete truth. When you pray, or help the least of His sisters and brothers, you ARE ACTUALLY HELPING HIM.

You can not feed, clothe, visit, or pray for Jesus without being with Him. Jesus is not ungrateful, He will bless you for doing so. The greatest blessing is being with Him.

Caren's father was pretty excited. Caren is doing really well after her surgery. The outcome of the surgery was excellent.

            Thanks for the prayers.
