16 inches of snow in Sahara Desert
The last time this town, dubbed “The Gateway to the Desert,” received a a few inches of snow was in December of 2016 and again in January of 2017. Prior to that, the town last saw snow flurries for about a half hour in February of 1979.
Global Warming Dealt Death Blow as Sahara Desert Gets 16 Inches of Snow

Global warming fear-mongers made dire predictions just a few short years ago that mankind had witnessed the “end of snow” because of how much human activity had heated and altered the earth’s climate.
Of course, as much of the United States was recently gripped by bitter cold temperatures and blanketed with snow — even as far south as northern Florida — climate change proponents like former Vice President Al Gore ludicrously argued that excessive cold and snowy weather were actually signs of a warming planet, or something nonsensical like that.
Their arguments about global warming make even less sense now that snow has fallen in one of the most unlikely locations ever — the Sahara desert of North Africa, according to the U.K. Daily Mail.
Yes, you read that correctly. The Sahara desert in Algeria just received a significant amount of snow from an unusual winter storm, as much as 16 inches in some spots.A rare snow dusting in the Sahara Desert was spotted over the weekend — an unusual sight for an area known for its relentless heat. pic.twitter.com/uFiUiFnhxC

According to the U.K. Daily Mail, this is only the third time in nearly 40 years that snow has fallen in and around the Algerian town of Ain Sefra, a place known for hot weather and reddish-colored sand dunes — not blinding white snowscapes.
The last time this town, dubbed “The Gateway to the Desert,” received a a few inches of snow was in December of 2016 and again in January of 2017. Prior to that, the town last saw snow flurries for about a half hour in February of 1979.
“We were really surprised when we woke up to see snow again. It stayed all day on Sunday and began melting at around 5 p.m.,” stated photographer Karim Bouchetata, who snapped some incredible pictures of the snow-capped sand dunes, according to the Daily Mail.
A spokesman for the Met Office, the U.K. national weather service, stated, “Cold air was pulled down south into North Africa over the weekend as a result of high pressure over Europe. The high pressure meant the cold weather extended farther south than normal.”
According to The Washington Post, the area in question typically sees temperatures above 100 degrees during the summer, but is quite a bit cooler during the winter, with highs in the mid-50s and overnight lows in the 30s.
Incredibly, the mass of cold air that just dropped significant snowfall over North Africa is believed to be the same bitterly cold Arctic air that was freezing millions of Americans in late December.
Due to prevailing wind patterns which flow from west to east, that cold air mass eventually crossed the Atlantic and ended up over southern Europe and North Africa.
So much for those dire predictions about the “end of snow” from climate fraudsters like Al Gore.
Of course, the global warming nuts will simply spin like tops to explain that this freak snowstorm is evidence that a warmer planet causes more extreme weather.
Meanwhile, we will simply wait for them to once again shift the narrative from global warming to climate change to global cooling, as they so ominously warned of back in the 1970s.Last edited by Lou Newton; January 15, 2018, 09:50 AM.

I post these to show that we are being lied to about almost everything. There might be some kind of global warming going on, but it seems that there is just as much evidence that global cooling is taking place.
Trump was right in refusing to pay TRILLIONS is penalties for the US while China and India both put far more pollution into our atmosphere and pay nothing. Most are not aware of the very high amount that Obama approved for the US to pay. It would have put many businesses out of business. It would have been a very hard thing to bear for the US people.
The PTB, that want one world government ,want to bring the US down because we stand in their way with our right to bear arms. This global warming scheme was a plan to bring the US down.
The Holy Scriptures reveal to us that one world government is from Satan himself.

Idiots or wise forecasters?
Please allow the derogatory naming of the extreme perspectives.
It is always more enjoyable if the opponents are idiots and we are wise.
Both the idiots and the wise forecasters examine the same data but come to different conclusions about climate change.
For one the data is interpreted as compelling evidence to support climate change and
for the other the data is interpreted as compelling evidence for climate as usual.
Both perspectives label those who deny their interpretation of the data as idiots because each perspective is convinced their interpretation of the data is the correct one.
Obviously, those holding to one of the perspectives are the idiots while the others are the wise forecasters.
Everyone will know which in the year 2100.
Why is the same data interpreted to support opposite perspectives?
Factors which influence objectivity:
Agenda
Experience
Influences
Presuppositions
Preconceived ideas
Money
Politics
Employment as an academic
Employment by business
Income
assets
Education
Previous knowledge
Personality
Sentiment for or against government or international power
Desire to be right about a new perspective.
Desire to maintain the status quo.
Dislike of those supporting one position or the other
Geographical location
Vested interest in relevant economic factors
Age
Future prospects
Notions of right and wrong
Self interest
Values
Likes
Dislikes
Whose paying for the research
Of course, both the idiots and the wise forecasters claim to follow the truth.
Can anyone think of additional factors which influence objectivity?
This type of examination of positions or views should be part of every one who is an honest thinker trying to be objective. Even when everyone is in agreement such questions as these ought to be considered. Of course, some of us (like me) sometimes will over do such thinking and whittle away at every position – even his own.
Historically, the ultimate offender of objective must have been John Calvin who never changed his mind about his theology after age nineteen or so. Remembering his example is cause to point the questions from climate change to Christian theology and biblical interpretation. The same dynamics are in force about differences between Christians. Fortunately, everyone today who is old enough to debate these religious issues will also know which ones are correct by the year 2100.
