    Indirectly, here's what I think.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." - William Casey, former Director of CIA

Specifically on this issue of climate change, formerly known as global warming, the liars spinning this tale of carbon emissions are lying. Many very smart scientists have politely, in journals and even a petition, said they're lying. The "undeniable proof" of global warming was a collection of cooked reports that could not be peer reviewed because, the liars claimed, they lost the data. Nobody loses data these days. They have backups and generations of data, and they have original sources with backups and generations of data. And when the liars figured out that the weather trend was cooling and "global warming" was an unfortunate name, they rebranded it as "climate change". All of these shenanigans alone should be enough for any sane and functioning mind to scrap the entire framework.

There is a solid body of peer reviewed and reviewable science backing the experts who deny the claims of the liars. Volcanoes alone far outpace the atmospheric output of man's. But you can't reason with the unreasonable and greedy merchants and kings of the earth. They want to control the people, not the volcanoes. There is a lot of money to be made and power to be consolidated by the fascist strategy of a) creating government mandates in order to b) create commercial monopolies. And Satan loves this arrangement. There is an agenda, and that is why "climate change" is an evil that suddenly must be conquered. Yet it has been a feature of the earth all along.

      Thanks for the reply Barry.

      Liars certainly lie.

I wish to have the reference on the Casey quote. It is both funny and alarming,

Global warming or climate change? I suspect the change in name had to do with enlarging the idea to include more than just warming – as with more violent weather, that is, stronger winds, more hurricanes, more tornadoes, heavier rains, and more droughts.
Making the idea less alarming by calling it climate change is not what those who are proponents of climate change wish to do. They wish for every one to be alarmed so something will be done about it.

For the sake of explaining the following question,
let it be assumed that of all the climatologist and scientist of related fields are equally divided on the issue of climate change,
and that each side is composed of equally qualified experts all of who have no other motive than science.

This question for those who believe climate change is not happening.
If climate change is some ploy over making money or political power and not science, why is the issue important enough to discuss on this forum while issues like the banking and financial laws, trade treaties, tax law, and government entitlements have not been addressed? These other issues exist as they stand today because of special interests and political favor.

You pose a good question, Glen. We have discussed all of those things in other posts. This climate change thing might be new. I don't recall us diving into it here, but maybe we've touched on it. It is more important than people realize. This is the vehicle that is being used to prop up and implement UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). These are designed to do nefarious things, like create local dependency on big government, give federal and international government more visibility, influence and even direct control of the local government and commercial apparatus by implementing UN policies, which in turn erode the structures that make us strong. This Presidential term is focused on SDGs 9 and 14, which have a lot to do with stealing our land and resources. The fact that "climate change" is being used to justify this agenda should raise our ire and cause us to find ways to roadblock and push back. But very few people know about this stuff, let alone take an interest and can make the time to do anything against it. This is nothing less than a stealth attack on nationalism and the sovereignty of nations.

Thank you Baruch. I am aware of the issues with the UN. If climate change is a ploy by governments and the UN then climate change is an evil contraption and should be opposed. However, if climate change is real and is just being used as a tool of the UN . . . then this is a different issue. I do not see a sinister motive in the UN SDGs. It seems to me SDGs is a solution designed without the best interests of the USA being given consideration.

While I am a grateful patriot of the ideas of America, and I honor all kinds of service done for this country . . .
nationalism is not available to me as a Christian.
My citizenship is spiritual and singular . . . as in being a citizen of the Kingdom of the LORD.
I have not any identity with politics other then as a critic and observer of its relationship to the Kingdom of the LORD.
The sovereignty of nations is only important in how the nations foster the advancement of the Kingdom.
I am on the side of the LORD . . . as to the best of my understanding . . . and not on the side of the USA.
This world is not my home!

Accordingly, for the the UN SDGs should be evaluated in what is best for the Kingdom of the LORD and not what is best for the USA.
I do not know that answer.
However, I attempt to apply the filter of what is best for the Kingdom of the LORD to all issues politically and personally. . . . always keeping in mind "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done."

Amen Barry. We can add to all of the evil plans they have for us that you list; that is the fact that Obama ordered many regulations that were really taxes and penalties to the states that are conservative. He was so unfair as to tax and penalize all the states that produced all of the "evil" energy ( like coal, natural gas and oil ) , but gave concessions to the liberal states that used all of those "evil" forms of energy.

This was nothing but a NAZI like tactic to take money away from his opponents and give that money to his supporters. The producers of energy do NOT produce evil CO2, it is the users that produce the CO2.

Amen Glen. But for the benefit of some that may read this, as I am sure you well know; while we are looking forward to our eternal home in heaven with the Lord, and are members of His Kingdom here on the earth; we still have to work to eat and survive every day to be able to further His kingdom.

Jesus Himself told His disciples in Luke 22:36 -

He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

Certainly some have gone overboard on providing for the natural. For no man needs mansions and Mercedes.

We have to read the Holy Scriptures and then ask The Lord to give us blind men sight. Then we have to follow the directions of His Holy Spirit.

As for me, I stand against evil in whatever form it takes, as The Holy Spirit leads.
